Michael has been named winner of the 2014 Red Note New Festval Chamber Orchestra Composition Competition. LADY DARK will be performed by the Illinois State University Chamber Orchestra conducted by Glenn Block on March 30, 2014. Also on the program, works by Carl Schimmel, David Biedenbender and Britten.
